Benvenuto su Epi. Utilizzando l'app Epi, il sito e i relativi servizi (il "Servizio") accetti i presenti Termini di servizio. Se non li accetti, ti preghiamo di non utilizzare il Servizio.

1. Il Servizio

Epi è un'applicazione per tracciare serie TV e film: consente di importare la propria libreria, tracciare episodi, valutare contenuti e pubblicare commenti. Alcune funzioni possono cambiare, essere aggiornate o non essere sempre disponibili.

2. Distribuzione e aggiornamenti

Epi è distribuita ufficialmente tramite Google Play. Gli aggiornamenti della versione Store vengono gestiti attraverso Google Play.

  • Prima della pubblicazione sullo Store è stata resa disponibile una versione APK dal sito ufficiale.
  • La precedente versione APK può continuare a funzionare, ma non riceve automaticamente aggiornamenti, nuove funzioni o correzioni.
  • Per passare dall’APK alla versione Google Play può essere necessario disinstallare l’APK e installare nuovamente Epi dallo Store, quindi accedere con lo stesso account.
  • Accedendo con lo stesso account e lo stesso metodo di accesso, i dati associati all’account restano disponibili.

3. Account

  • Per usare le funzioni principali devi creare un account con un'email valida.
  • Sei responsabile della sicurezza delle tue credenziali e delle attività svolte con il tuo account.
  • Devi avere almeno 13 anni per utilizzare il Servizio.

4. Contenuti degli utenti

Sei responsabile dei commenti e dei contenuti che pubblichi. Ti impegni a non pubblicare contenuti illegali, offensivi, molesti, spam o che violino diritti altrui. Ci riserviamo il diritto di rimuovere contenuti o sospendere account che violano questi Termini.

Mantieni la titolarità dei tuoi contenuti, ma ci concedi una licenza non esclusiva per mostrarli all'interno del Servizio (ad esempio i commenti pubblici visibili agli altri utenti).

5. Uso accettabile

  • Non utilizzare il Servizio per scopi illeciti.
  • Non tentare di accedere in modo non autorizzato ai sistemi o ai dati di altri utenti.
  • Non interferire con il normale funzionamento del Servizio.

6. Proprietà intellettuale

Il marchio "Epi", il logo e il software sono di proprietà di Epi. I metadati di serie e film sono forniti da TheTVDB e restano dei rispettivi titolari. Epi non è affiliata a TV Time.

7. Pubblicità e servizi di terzi

Il Servizio può includere annunci pubblicitari (Google AdMob) e integrazioni con servizi di terze parti. L'uso di tali servizi è soggetto anche ai rispettivi termini e informative.

8. Esclusione di garanzie

Il Servizio è fornito "così com'è", senza garanzie di alcun tipo. Non garantiamo che sia privo di errori, sempre disponibile o che i dati importati siano completi o accurati.

9. Limitazione di responsabilità

Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, Epi non è responsabile per danni indiretti, incidentali o consequenziali derivanti dall'uso o dall'impossibilità di usare il Servizio.

10. Cessazione

Puoi eliminare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento dall'app. Possiamo sospendere o chiudere l'accesso in caso di violazione di questi Termini.

11. Modifiche

Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini. L'uso continuato del Servizio dopo le modifiche costituisce accettazione dei nuovi Termini.

Welcome to Epi. By using the Epi app, website and related services (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Epi is an application for tracking TV shows and movies: it lets you import your library, track episodes, rate content and post comments. Some features may change, be updated or not always be available.

2. Distribution and updates

Epi is officially distributed through Google Play. Updates to the Store version are managed through Google Play.

  • Before the Store launch, an APK version was made available from the official website.
  • The previous APK version may continue to work, but it does not automatically receive updates, new features or fixes.
  • Moving from the APK to the Google Play version may require uninstalling the APK, installing Epi again from the Store and signing in with the same account.
  • By signing in with the same account and the same sign-in method, your account data will remain available.

3. Account

  • To use the main features you must create an account with a valid email.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User content

You are responsible for the comments and content you post. You agree not to post unlawful, offensive, harassing, spam content or content that infringes others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service (for example public comments visible to other users).

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or to other users' data.
  • Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The "Epi" name, logo and software are owned by Epi. Show and movie metadata are provided by TheTVDB and remain the property of their respective owners. Epi is not affiliated with TV Time.

7. Advertising and third-party services

The Service may include advertising (Google AdMob) and integrations with third-party services. Use of such services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it is error-free, always available, or that imported data is complete or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Epi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
